Dead in Devon is not a graphic novel but we were so intrigued by this crime thriller set around Ashburton that we asked local author Stephanie Austin to come to Gnash for a signing event.
Stephanie will be here on Wednesday July 10 7.30 to sign her new book and maybe give us a reading too.

Keith 'Ato-Gami' Sparrow, author of many how-to-draw-manga books is coming to Gnash Comics on Sunday the 28th October from 2.30pm to 4.30pm to host one of his amazing workshops on creating Manga comic strips.
So join us for a great time to learn about drawing manga characters, from constructing a head and figure, to drawing action manga poses and devising a short graphic narrative sequence.
Suitable for children aged 8 and upwards right through to old adults! Everyone welcome!
All paper, pens etc are supplied by us so no need to bring anything. But if you want advice and support for any existing work do bring it along!
Numbers are limited to ensure that everyone gets plenty of one to one help and attention, so best to book ahead.
