Oct. 26, 2019: The Fowl Twins Signing

Eoin Colfer signs THE FOWL TWINS on Monday 28 October 2019 from 12:00 till 1:00 at Forbidden Planet’s Birmingham Megastore.

With their brother, criminal virtuoso Artemis Fowl, away on a five-year mission to Mars, the younger Fowl children, 11- year-old twins Myles and Beckett, have been left alone at the Fowl family home.

One night, the twins manage to accidently get caught up in an interspecies dispute when a troll burrows out of the Earth’s core right in front of Beckett’s eyes! In the events that follow the boys are shot at, kidnapped, buried, arrested, threatened and even temporarily killed but, despite their differences, the twins find that there is no force stronger than the bond between them.

Aug. 10, 2019: Minecraft Vol. 1 Signing

Sarah Graley signs MINECRAFT VOL. 1 at the Forbidden Planet Birmingham Megastore on Saturday 10th August from 1 – 2pm!

The first graphic novel set in the world of the gaming phenomenon Minecraft!

Tyler is your everyday kid whose life is changed when his family has to move from the town he’s always known. Thankfully, Tyler has a strong group of friends forever linked in the world of Minecraft.

Tyler, along with his friends Evan, Candace, Tobi, and Grace, have been going on countless adventures together across the expanses of the Overworld and are in need of a new challenge.

The group decides to go on the Ultimate Quest-to travel to the End and face off against the ender dragon!

Sarah will also be signing KIM REAPER, OUR SUPER ADVENTURE and GLITCH.

Feb. 17, 2018: Kim Reaper: Grim Beginnings Signing

Sarah Graley signs KIM REAPER: GRIM BEGINNINGS at Forbidden Planet Birmingham on Saturday 17th February from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.

In KIM REAPER, Kim works at a part-time job to make ends meet. Unlike most university students, Kim’s job is pretty dang cool: she’s a grim reaper, tasked with guiding souls into the afterlife.

Like most university students, Becka has a super intense unrequited crush. Unlike most university students, Becka’s crush is on a beautiful gothic angel that frequents the underworld. Of course, she doesn’t know that. Unaware of the ghoulish drama she’s about to step into, Becka finally gathers up the courage to ask Kim on a date!

But when she falls into a ghostly portal and interrupts Kim at her job, she sets off a chain of events that will pit the two of them against angry cat-dads, vengeful zombies, and perhaps even the underworld itself. But if they work together, they just might make it… and maybe even get a kiss in the bargain.

Sarah Graley is a UK based comic artist and writer, who wrote and drew the Rick and Morty comic mini series Lil’ Poopy Superstar, and creates the comic series Kim Reaper for Oni Press.

She is also known for her popular diary comic series Our Super Adventure, and is currently working on her graphic novel Glitch for Graphix/Scholastic, pencilled for release late 2018.

Oct. 14, 2017: Iron Maiden: Legacy Of The Beast Signing

Writer Ian Edginton will be signing the first issue of Iron Maiden: Legacy Of The Beast at Forbidden Planet’s Birmingham Megastore on Saturday 14th October at 1:00 PM.
