The third volume of Pulitzer Prize-winning creator Berkeley Breathed's Bloom County Library starts off exactly where volume two left off, collecting the beloved and nationally syndicated newspaper comic strips from 1984 to 1986. These strips are the prime period for Bloom County, the mid-1980s.
