Supersonic

Plans for the Navy's new experimental fighter sub have been stolen and put up for sale to the highest bidder. An ex-SEAL turned speedboat racer is called into service to pilot the Navy's prototype on a mission to retrieve the plans and stop a more advanced version of the sub from falling into enemy hands.
