Things are looking up for Vimco, with presales beginning and our group of villains investing heavily in this new technology. Microwave's henchmen begin to organize as Weasel negotiates a promotion. Meanwhile, Headpin and Senator Rutger continue their politicking, and Gary begins to canvas for a new Henchmen union. However, Gary's plans are violently interrupted by Microwave's villainous colleagues, with disastrous consequences.
