The Black Biker of Ikebukuro, gliding along the dark streets on her pitch-black motorcycle, may take on any number of delivery jobs, but Celty's objective remains fixed on one single task: recovering her severed head. The dullahan of Irish lore has sensed her head in Tokyo, but even she has made little progress finding it.
