The underground race team of "The Quiz" and "Silver Streak" have gotten themselves involved with the wrong crowd. Borrowing money from the church-fronted and manically monikered Church of Pain, crashing their car, and both all banged up from the crash, Quiz and Streak have to win just one more race to make it all back.
