April 14, 2018: Darryl McDaniels SigningWord is out that the legendary DMC, Darryl McDaniels is coming to #Greensboro and will be making a special appearance at Acme Comics to promote his graphic novel series and meet the fans! The event is Saturday April 14th, starting at noon and wrapping at 2pm! You can get one item signed for $25, but if you pick up any graphic novels or merchandise your signature is free and you can get a picture if you like. It’s like that (what?) and that’s the way it is, so don’t miss out!
Jan. 27, 2018: Jeff Dekal SigningArtist Jeff Dekal (Iron Fist, Hulk, Invincible Iron Man, Kingpin, Uncanny Inhumans) appears at Acme Comics on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from noon till 3:00 PM.
Jeff Dekal is a freelance illustrator who was born and raised in South Florida. The introduction to graffiti while he was in high school gave the first serious meaning to Jeff’s art and is also where he adopted his alias, Dekal. After being educated about art history in college, he was inspired to stray from the characters and letters of graffiti and focus more on figurative art. Jeff is currently working in the comic industry as a cover artist. His works include Marvel, Creature Entertainment, and Dark Horse.
