In the early '60s, Bernie "The Legend" Romero created characters that would become the backbone of the Spectacular Comics universe, helping to generate millions of dollars for the publisher. Taken advantage of by the publisher for years, in the end, Bernie Romero left the industry he helped to build penniless and disenfranchised. But now, with the discovery of long forgotten Romero comic book artwork, his grandson is given a unique opprotunity to right the wrongs of the past and finally get "The Legend" the exaltation he so richly deserves.
